About Us

Molnar Jordan & Associates, Inc. is a consulting engineering firm located in the north Atlanta, GA suburbs. We specialize in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design. We have a reputation for successful designs, timely service, and competent, experienced personnel. While our primary focus is on providing permit and construction documents, we offer additional services including facility assessments, commissioning, feasibility studies, due diligence studies, master plans, energy studies, design-build, life safety consultation, and construction project management. We have experience working for both private and governmental entities and have worked in many different markets including municipal, office, retail, food service, medical, hospitality, multi-family, industrial, data center, and religious. We also have experience creating energy efficient designs and can offer LEED based designs with our on-staff LEED accredited professional.

Our founding principals; Craig L. Molnar and David A. Jordan were previously principal owners in large consulting firms. While at those firms they felt that they lost the had personal touch with their projects and missed the development of close relationships with their clients. In 2003, they created Molnar Jordan & Associates, Inc. with the goal of providing the highest level of personalized service and quality designs at a reasonable fee. We are able to accomplish this level of service primarily through steady controlled growth of our firm and the long-term retention of our staff. Our growing list of successfully completed projects and repeat clients indicates to us that we continue to progress toward this goal.

We work in the latest versions of both AutoCAD and Revit. We have in-house, large-format plotting and reproduction equipment and can quickly provide plots and prints for a nominal fee. With on staff engineers currently registered in over 35 states and the ability to be registered in all 50 states, we can work throughout the country.

    With more than 15 years of professional experience in the field of mechanical engineering, Mr. Salvatore has provided engineering services for all phases of the design and construction of HVAC and plumbing systems for a variety of clients and project types throughout the country.
