Building C, located at the Historic Woodstock Train Depot Site Development in Woodstock, Georgia, is a 26,000 square foot four- story mixed use building with one level of retail and three levels of residential above. Mechanical design included calculating and providing unit selections for the residential and commercial aspects of the project. Electrical design included metering and providing panels for each tenant space based on criteria provided by the owner. Plumbing design included providing sanitary and water “stub-outs” to each commercial space while servicing the remainder of the building. Flexibility was designed into the project to possibly accommodate a future restaurant tenant on the lower retail level.

Arizona Lofts Phase I & II (Atlanta, Georgia)
Arizona Lofts Phase II is a 71 unit condominium expansion from the Arizona Lofts Phase I development. The Phase II building sits adjacent to the original phase and includes a pool with amenities spaces. Mechanical design included calculating and providing unit selections for the residential and commercial aspects of the project. Electrical design included metering and providing panels for each tenant space based on criteria provided by the owner. Plumbing design included providing sanitary and water to the commercial space while servicing the remainder of the building.

Belmont of Duluth (Gwinnett County, Georgia)
Independent Living for Seniors Complex located in Gwinnett County, Georgia. The facility consisted of a 4-story Senior Living Apartment Complex with Centralized Common Area Amenities including Multi-Purpose Area, Offices, Kitchen/Warming Area, TV Lounge, Fitness Center, Computer/Library Area and Activities Room.

Kimbers Cove (Jacksonville, Florida)
Senior Living Apartment Complex located in Jacksonville, Florida. The complex consisted of 2-story multi-unit apartment buildings with separate Clubhouse and Common Area Buildings. These buildings included Laundry/Maintenance Services, Common Rooms, Pavilion, Offices, Computer Room, Exercise Room and Gallery.
