Woodstock Building E (Woodstock, Georgia)
Building E, located at the Historic Woodstock Train Depot Site Development in Woodstock, Georgia, is an 18,700 square foot three-story speculative office building. Mechanical design included providing unit selections to meet landlord leasing criteria for future tenants. Electrical design included metering and providing panels for each tenant space based on leasing criteria provided. Plumbing design included providing sanitary and water “stub-outs” to each space.

Capital Centre Building (Atlanta, Georgia)
The Capital Centre is a 66,000 square foot 6 story office building located in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. The office building is intended to house office tenants with a restaurant and several retail tenants located on the lower floors of the facility. Mechanical design included providing unit selections to meet landlord leasing criteria for future tenants. Mechanical elements were also designed for an atrium in the center of the building for smoke evacuation. Electrical design included metering and panels to serve the tenant spaces based on leasing criteria provided. Plumbing design included providing sanitary and water “stub-outs” to each space.
