Each PGA Tour Superstore is roughly 80,000 square feet. Each store is built into a second generation space (existing space) that is completely renovated. Each store has to be completely surveyed for existing equipment and conditions to assess viability of reuse. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design is coordinated to reuse as much equipment as economically practical from a first cost and cost of ownership standpoint. This equipment survey, analysis, and design approach provides the best long term and cost effective solution for the client.

The Best Buy in Bluffton, South Carolina is a cornerstone retail space of approximately 60,000 square feet. The Bluffton store consists of open retail space located in a retail center. Mechanical rooftop units are used to heat and cool the retail space. Electrical distribution for the facility is designed to meet corporate standards and incorporated local code requirements.
