Microtel Inn & Suites has a prototypical design package for multiple unit configurations to include anywhere from 55 to 120 rooms. Drawings are prepared to accommodate number and sizes of rooms and include prototypical equipment. Each location requires analysis and coordination with the corporate standards to provide and honor national equipment accounts.

Hawthorne Suites (Kingsland, Georgia)
HawthorneSuites has a prototypical design package for multiple unit configurations to include anywhere from 50 to 100 rooms. Drawings are prepared to accommodate number and sizes of rooms and include prototypical equipment. Each location requires analysis and coordination with the corporate standards to provide and honor national equipment accounts. The Kingsland location included an enclosed pool that required additional engineering for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that was outside of the prototypical packages.
